FAQ:​



Will water be available onsite?

The availability of water onsite is limited. Please pack your own water in bulk and make sure to ration at least one gallon per person per day.



What time do the gates open?
The Festival will open at  3pm on Friday, August 16th, 2013.



When is the box office open?
All ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband at the box office. You must have a wristband to enter the site.



Will there be an ATM on site?
Nop



Will swimming is allowed?
Yes! Its is open to all attendees during daytime hours within the festival area.



Can we bring our own sound system?
No.

 

What if it's a really small sound system?
Still no.



 

What will the weather be like?
The yearly averages are: up to 35 C Daytime & 5 C Nighttim. It can get cold at night in August, so it is very important to bring layers.



What are the dates of the gathering?
August 16-19, 2013, 



Are the festival grounds open to the general public year round?
No. This area is closed to the general public year round.

 

Will fishing be allowed?
Fishing will not be permitted within the grounds of the festival. However you could stop at the general store in Nixon to inquire about fishing elsewhere at Pyramid Lake.



Will boating be allowed?
Not within the festival grounds



Do minivans count as cars or trucks for the tribal vehicle fee?
Minivans count as cars.

 

What is the protocol for kids 12 and under?
Kids 12 and under are free! However if your 12 and under child looks like he/she may be quite a bit older you may want to bring a copy of their birth certificate to ensure your transition through the gate is a smooth one.



Is there cell phone coverage at the venue?
Yes!

 

Will there be free WiFi?
There will be no free or public WiFi provided. Internet access will be limited to what every data plan you have through your carrier.



Will there be general accommodations?
No, the only accommodations will be the ones you bring for yourself.



Is there a deadline for submitting participant applications?
Yes. If you would like to submit an application we would advise that you do it ASAP. 



How will I receive the tickets I purchased?
You can choose to print the ticket at home or you may get them sent to your house by paying for shipping. There will also be will call at this event.

 

Will there be a VIP area?
Everyone is a VIP.



Will fires be allowed?
No campfires but there will designated community bonfires, feel free to bring wood to add to the community fire areas.

 

Will fire spinning be allowed?
Not without a permit. If interested in obtaining one please request more details at info@pyramideclipse.com.



Can I bring my pets?
Unfortunately there will be NO pets allowed at this event. (Except for guests with disabilities that require service animals)

 

Can I bring my generator?
Generators under 2000 watts will be allowed in the car camping area not in the walk in camping.



Will there be vendors at the gathering?
YES! There will be plenty of food and drink vendors. There will also be awesome merchandise, clothing, art, ect vendors as well



Can I bring my own food and alcohol?
Food and beverages are allowed in festival grounds. Glass containers will not be allowed, please pour any alcohol you wish to bring into plastic containers. Any glass bottles will be removed from the attendees possession upon entry to the festival.

 

 

Are there in-and-out passes available?
There are no ins an outs. Please come prepared. Special arrangements may be made for those living on tribal land.

 

 

What are the camping areas like?
Camping will be in a forest. Shoes are essential. Bring shade!  Shade structures will be throughout the event area but campgrounds will not have shade provided. Picnic tables will be near a food vending area. 



Will showers be available?
Showers are not guaranteed so it will be best to bring you own solar shower. Baby wipes are also a great alternative as long as they are packed out properly. For more suggestions on what to pack please click here.
